The Roberts Flight Information Region core service is to provide air traffic control services to airlines flying in the airspaces of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra leone. The reliability of the Internet service has been very poor. However, our technical analysis has come to the conclusion that the Internet service degrades due to the lack of an Internet access policy. An organization’s Internet access policy allows the organization to determine the internet contents and applications that employees can access while using the company’s Internet. For example, a policy can be set that contain no Facebook access, no downloading of music and videos and so on.

To secure a suitable service provider, I made a search and located Web Titan. Web Titan is a company that provides internet content filter service using premises solution and cloud-based solution. I recommend the cloud-based solution to create an Internet access policy. The cost of the service for two years is one thousand four hundred and fifty-eight dollars ($1458.00). Cloud services are self-service applications, a user can self-provisioning a service without direct contact with the service provider and payment is done on the web using credit card payment.
